Programming

I got my first computer, a Dragon 32, in the fall of 1983. I was eleven years old, and had spent a week at a computer programming summer camp in the Norwegian mountains that summer. While being sceptical of computers before I went to the camp, I was hooked by the time I got back.

A typical home computer from the early 1980's.

My first computer, a Dragon 32.

Since then a lot of my time has been spent learning about computers and software, and in the end led me to get a masters degree in micro electronics at the then Technical University of Trondheim.

I've worked professionally as a software developer and security auditor and researcher since.

Currently I work as a freelancer contributing to Free Software projects via my own one-person company, Eilertsens Kodeknekkeri where I can find an opportunity.
