Volse.net is my home on the web. This is where I host my home pages, my blog and a few other services.

The Internet

I firmly believe the web should be free and open for everybody. And so I aim to offer an alternative to the surveillance capitalists — a place where you will not be farmed for behavioural data in a cynical market whose aim is manipulation of the masses for profits.

I also think the web should be a medium where humens should be able to express themselves free, and in confidence without the whims and restrictions of commercial interests. This also means that commecial entities should not be given free rights to abuse ones content and expressions for their own purposes–whether it be in the form of "generative AI", advertising or other shady means.
